My stay at the Over Water Villa By Kc Resort in Koh Samui was mixed. The junior suite had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight. However, the distance from the beach was frustrating, and I had serious issues with the cold showers. The food was kind of lackluster too; I expected better for the prices they were charging.
